How does it work
When you fill out this form an email is sent to me, John R Taylor N.D., and I will review your application. As soon as I approve it you will receive an email with your logon information and you will have access to your own control panel. There you can get banners and text links to promote naturalwellness.com or petenzymes.com or both if you choose.

You can paste a banner or text link on your website or in an email to generate sales and start earning your commission. Full instructions are included in your control panel area. If you choose to send emails please do not SPAM. If we get complaints that spamming is taking place it will be grounds to end your affiliate association.

Check your statistic, sales, traffic, account balance and see how your banners are performing anytime in your affiliate panel. Also once you log in to your own admin panel we will give you tips on how to market your affiliate site , even how to run your own Google pay per click campaign.

terms of service To be an authorized affiliate of Ultra-Pet Products, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. 1. Relationship of Parties: You are an independent contractor of Ultra-Pet Products, and nothing in this agreement can create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Ultra-Pet Products. You will have no authority to make or accept offers or representations on our behalf. 2. Limitation of Liability: Ultra-Pet Products will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages (loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with our affiliate program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to our program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to under this agreement. 3. Disclaimers: Ultra-Pet Products makes no express or implied warranties or representation with regard to the independent contractor program or any products sold through the program, including merchantability, implied or non implied warranties arising out of the use of Ultra-Pet Products products. 4. Privacy: Ultra-Pet Products respects the privacy of its affiliates and product users, and promises not to disclose personal or business information to third parties without the express permission of its affiliates or affiliate’s customers. Ultra-Pet Products will not sell the name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information to anyone else. We consider this information to be private and it will remain as such. 5. Purpose of Agreement: The purpose of this agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions governing the Ultra-Pet Products Affiliate’s Program, including Ultra-Pet Products trade names, marks, logos and advertising materials to allow HTML linking between the affiliates web site and Ultra-Pet Products’s web site, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. 6. Ownership: Ultra-Pet Products affiliates acknowledge that Ultra-Pet Products is the sole and exclusive owner of the trade names, marks and logos provided. Affiliates will not take any action inconsistent with such ownership, such as adopting, using, registering or attempting to register any logo or trademark similar to those provided under the Ultra-Pet Products product line. All use of or goodwill associated with the trade name, marks or logo shall accrue to the benefit of Ultra-Pet Products. 7. Force Majeure: Neither party (Ultra-Pet Products or the affiliate) will be deemed to be in default or otherwise responsible for delays or failures in product delivery resulting from acts of nature; acts of war or civil disturbance; epidemics; governmental action or inaction; fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, unavailability of labor, material, power or communication; or other causes beyond either party’s reasonable control. 8. Payment of commissions: Payments will be calculated as of the last day of the month, and we will make every effort to have checks in the mail by the 7th of the following month. Commissions must reach a minimum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) before a check is issued. Money accrued under the minimum will be accrued until the minimum is met. I agree with the terms of service
